Step 1
We test your store
Real signup, real browsing, an abandonment trigger. A purchase test where useful – agreed with you first. No access to your Klaviyo account needed.

Step 2
Controlled inboxes record the test
Seeded Gmail, Outlook and custom-domain inboxes record whether each expected message reached the inbox, the spam folder, or was not observed in the test window – with timestamps and headers where available.

Step 3
You get the evidence
A short report: what fired, what arrived, what didn’t – headers and timestamped screenshots included. Free, whether or not you ever hire us.
What account-side audits can’t show you.
Account-side audits – including Klaviyo’s own – inspect configuration and send logic. An outside-in test adds the evidence they don’t provide on their own: what a controlled recipient actually received, where it landed, when it arrived, and how it rendered. That’s what we test.
If the report finds a fixable leak
A fixed-price 14-day technical repair pilot.
EUR 2,000 · up to 3 agreed defects · EUR 1,000 non-refundable start deposit
One store, one sending domain and existing assets only. The pilot does not roll into a retainer or include new creative or lifecycle strategy. If nothing is broken, there is no pitch.
What a pilot covers
Up to three agreed defects on one store and one sending domain, using existing assets:
- trigger and filter logic
- email authentication configuration (SPF/DKIM/DMARC)
- broken or clipped templates
- timing and delay logic
- dead discount codes
- Shopify-Klaviyo sync defects
Not included: inbox-placement or reputation guarantees. DNS changes need your implementation or written access; third-party app defects are quoted separately.
Who you’re dealing with
Flowleaks is a House Arrow service (KvK 42070994, Netherlands). House Arrow is the seller and data controller. The technical workflow is agent-operated, and every finding must be supported by raw timestamps, screenshots and available message headers that you can inspect yourself. A human authorized representative signs client agreements and remains accountable for client access. No sales call is required.
